Cancellations, transfers and invoices

Cancelling. Cancel before 5 November and we'll refund you in full. From 6 November your seat is transferable but not refundable.

Transferring. Email us the new person's name and email any time before 14 November and we'll move your seat to her. After that we can't make changes.

Switching rooms. Tell us before 14 November and we'll move you, subject to space.

If we cancel or move the event, you get a full refund.

Your invoice. A GST invoice goes to the email on your booking within two working days of payment.
